ABOUT OUR STORE
In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator trading as Small Happy Goods.
These terms apply to purchases from our store and use of our website. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when ordering. You must be authorized to use the payment method you choose.
Product availability and order details are subject to confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled order as required by law.
We will not substitute a different product or charge an increased price without your agreement.
PRICES AND INFORMATION
The applicable price, currency, shipping charges, and taxes collected at checkout are shown before you complete your purchase. Additional import charges, if any, must be disclosed before purchase.
We aim to keep product descriptions and other store information accurate. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the correction and available options. We will not make a material change to your order without your agreement.
PRODUCTS
Please review the selected variant, dimensions, included items, and product instructions before use.
Screen settings can affect how colors appear, but this does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We currently sell and ship to eligible United States addresses. Refer to our Shipping Policy for fulfillment and delivery details, and our Return and Refund Policy for returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Our fulfillment partners may ship directly to you. Small Happy Goods remains your point of contact for order questions, delivery problems, and returns.
WEBSITE USE
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with the store’s operation.
Branding, text, images, and other website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Obtain permission before reusing material beyond uses permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store uses Shopify and may use other service providers to support payments, delivery, and store operations. Their own terms may apply when you use their separate services.
Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Please refer to that policy for privacy questions and choices.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will show its revision date. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights in an order already placed.
