RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Small Happy Goods order. For return or refund questions, email civiliansbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, does not work as described, or is different from what you ordered. Include your order number and photos or other helpful information if available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, consistent with applicable law. We cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because of a verified fault, shipping damage, or our error. Contact us for instructions before purchasing return postage.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. Please do not send items to a manufacturer or an address printed on the original package unless we confirm that it is the correct return destination.

Contacting us for instructions does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

REFUNDS

We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your request and, when needed, the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges and any return fees are handled according to the return terms above. Refunds for damaged, defective, incorrect, or unfulfilled orders will include the amounts required by law.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but an order already being fulfilled or shipped may be difficult to change.
